Ultimutt K9 has been in business for 17 years. We provide a wide array of services for you and your pets. After researching the best schools out there to become a dog trainer I came across the reendowed Anthony Jerone and all that he has accomplished, I knew I was making the right decision on attending Antony Jerone’s School of Dog Training & Career, Inc. His lists of accomplishments are extensive. Just to list a few he was a Dog handler in Vietnam, and he was the founder of the Canine Patrol Program for New York City’s subways. After many awards from New York officials his skills and education are motivational. I knew after hearing all of this and meeting Anthony this would change my life! This institute is the equivalent to a university education. With the years of hands on training and theory learning, I earned a degree of Certified Dog Trainer and Canine Behaviorist with honors. When I met my husband James in 2015, I passed on my training to him, and he has brought his 21 years of Military experience to the business.  With this combined education and experience, Ultimutt K9 added Pet Sitting services to be able to take care of your pets as if they were our own. With our training background, we have the ability to recognize many physical and behavioral traits about your pet that the average pet sitter or groomer wouldn’t notice, and with these skills we can take on most clients because we are trained and prepared for most situations. My love of Misty my German Shepherd, I gained the drive and motivation to provide the best for our clients and their pets. While running the Pet Sitting business full time, I went to dog grooming school in order to add an additional service offered to Ultimutt K9 clients.

Work has always been our number one drive! In 16 years of business we only took two days off and one of those was due to hurricane Sandy. We have had the pleasure of knowing many beloved animals from their early years while getting to be a part of their silly antics to their graceful later years and we loved everything in between.

Ultimutt K9 offers all levels of dog training provided by a Certified Master Dog Trainer and Canine Behaviorist. We are certified in Dog and Cat First Aid and CPR. Our Pet Sitting services are done by skilled, trained, certified, bonded and insured professionals that are able to meet all of your pet’s needs. Unlike most of the “dog sitting apps” out there, with Ultimutt K9, you benefit from the experience, skills, and care that we provide. We are opened a full grooming shop in September of 2020 at  76 Montauk Hwy Blue Point, NY 11715. There are many other services in the works that we will able to offer you in the future.
