Pet Sitting

Once we have received contact from you (via social media, email, phone call, or our website) We will set up a FREE consultation at your home. On our visit we will meet with you and your pet(s). During this meeting we will:

• Go over all of your questions about Pet sitting and our services
• At this time you will meet with the sitter that will be assigned to your pet(s)
• Some of the information that we will need to collect from you and have you fill out paperwork on is:

1. Your pets habits including their likes and dislikes
2. The word phrasing you use with them
3. A copy of their medical records(vaccination records)
4. Their vet's name and number
5. Any exercise routine that should take place
6. Their feeding schedule including location of food, the quantity, any specific instructions
7. Any other details needed to provide the best care 

• Shown where all leashes, collars, treats, and bowl are. Instructions on how to use them as you do. We are looking to getting accustomed to where all your pet supplies are
• Where is cleaning solution by chance they have an accident 
• Obtain a copy of your hose key and alarm if there is one. Before leaving our consultation visit, we will check to make sure the key and alarm work
• We will go over and fill out all of the forms
• Once you have approved moving forward with our services and our sitter, we will establish the quantity of visits you are looking for how many pets we will be sitting for. We will go over the price and calculate that for you.
• All contact information needed for an emergency 
• Medical instructions and permission forms
• Go over what you would like to take place at each sit
• Once all of this is taken place your sits will start on the date you request
• We recommend that you contact us in advance to have time to get everything in order for your sit
• Pet sits can be a one time sit, a daily sit, an occasional sit ,or a vacation.
• Each sit we will leave behind a checklist that will include a detailed description of all activities  that took place. There's a comment section that we can leave notes back and forth
• We are happy to send you photos and videos so you don't miss out on anything

If you have answered yes to any of these questions then Ultimutt K9 is here to help with all your Pet Sitting needs. Ultimutt K9 are Certified Dog Trainers. With this education and skill we are not your average Pet Sitter. We are Certified in dog and cat First Aid and CPR and insured and bonded. We are able to care for pets that some other companies might turn away. We are able to recognize behaviors and things that may arise with your pet that others are not trained to.

Having a pet doesn't mean you cant have a life beyond them!

We are an extension of your family. We are there when you can't be. We love spending time with your pet. Any and all activities that you would like to take place at the sit will. Never hesitate to ask us for something our goal is to please!

• We do not have any identification on our vehicle
• We do not wear company shirts
• We do not let neighbors or anyone that might ask know who we are
• Your pet and homes safety is our priory 
• You can leave your pet home knowing the routine you have established will take place
• We maintain the schedule that you keep. Their fed, walked, taken to the bathroom in the same manner you would
• Having a Pet Sitter in your home alleviates the worry of your pet getting an illness from another animal.
• If your pet is not social and being in a different environment would not be good or safe for them then Pet Sitting is right for you!

• Feeding
• Refreshing their water
• Playing in the yard
• Going for a walk
• Administering medication; oral or ointment
• Accidental mess clean up (inside or out)
• Any activity (no request is trivial)

• Bringing in the mail, deliveries, and the newspaper
• Water plants (inside or out)
• Turn on and off the lights
• Open and close blinds
• Set alarms
• Turn on and off TV's or radios (adjust noise)
